-Patient came-up with the complaint of swelling of gums, bleeding in gums, foul smell.
-Patient History was taken, Patient was 4 month pregnant.
-Local factors (calculus, Plaque) and pregnancy hormones exaggerated the condition.
-Comprehensive periodontal therapy and laser therapy given under gynecological consent.
-Patient restored to health in 2 weeks.
